In early 2006, Mr. Viramontes was referred to me by my realtor, because my house was in desperate need of remodeling before I could sell it. Hoss came out to my home and helped me assess what work needed to be done in order to get the maximum value for my home. With his extensive experience, he was able to come up with many great ideas. He was also able to tell me which of my ideas would work before he started the project. He quickly provided me with a very reasonable estimate and a time frame for completion. With his help, I was able to completely remodel my kitchen and bathroom, rewire the garage, fix the water heater and furnace, and install new lighting in our hallway. If any problems arose, Hoss would call and explain all my options before he did anything. He was able to handle all aspects of the remodel (reframing, electrical, plumbing, etc.) It was so nice to deal with just one person and not multiple subcontractors. I was always kept informed of the current costs and any changes in schedule. He stuck to the estimate and was able to accommodate my changes along the way. He would stay late and show up early if things ever fell behind his schedule. Another pleasant surprise was the fact the he and his crew would ALWAYS clean up after themselves. Our kitchen and bathroom were never a mess even while under construction and the rest of my house did not suffer during the remodel. I have yet to deal with another construction company who does the same quality of work and is as conscientious as Mr. Viramontes. After remodeling my home, my biggest lament was that I did not do it sooner. If I ever have the need for any project (big or small) he is, without a doubt, the man I will call.
