Hoss was referred and introduced to me by my real estate agent when I was going to remodel my house for sale. I was immediately impressed by his easy going and friendly attitude. As the remodel progressed and Hoss and I discussed what was possible, my wife and I decided to keep the house and remodel it to our liking. Throughout the remodel, Hoss and I met many times to discuss issues that he had a good sense were important to me. I appreciated that he would wait on major decisions for my approval so I didn’t end up with a solution that I would either have to live with or pay to redo. There were even a few occasions where he was dissatisfied with what one of his workers had done and personally redid the work to his satisfaction. Hoss has a great understanding of what solutions will work and how much time and effort are required to implement them. He communicates his understanding very clearly or offers realistic alternative proposals. Hoss also took care of all the odds and ends that needed doing without having to have them pointed out. It was always a relief to see that he did things as I expected them top be done. I can enthusiastically recommend Hoss and will continue to use him for other projects in my existing and future houses.
