We have employed Mr. Viramontes (Hoss) on two separate occasions for periods spanning several weeks at a time. We consider ourselves fortunate to have been able to secure Hoss to do remodeling work for us. He is conscientious, well organized and able to do whatever is required to achieve an excellent result. Hoss is a highly skilled and well equipped craftsman who easily identifies and overcomes the challenges of remodeling. Hoss is dependable and reliable in his scheduling, attention to detail and the management of his crew. He is a contractor that stays with the job until it is finished to your satisfaction as opposed to contractors who move from job site to job site and pay little attention to your schedule once the project is started. The skills he used on our projects come from many years in new home construction. He is capable of planning and constructing a home from the foundation to the roof. We have noticed that Hoss, even though he is capable, will not hesitate to bring in another contractor to do complex plumbing or electrical work if they can do it substantially faster than Hoss believes he could do it. A specialized contractor who plies his trade everyday may have an edge that Hoss recognizes and has a benefit to the project and your wallet
